At our Rarebreed clinic, you can help reimagine the veterinary experience in your community. Client Service Representative
Greenwich Village Animal Hospital

$23-24.00 hourly pay rate (based on experience)

Greet customers as they arrive and act as the main point of contact for the hospital.

Provide day‑to‑day client services of the front office and support staff throughout the office.

Answer a busy multi‑line phone system and facilitate calls to relevant departments.

Resolve informal client issues and report on these issues to the Client Services Supervisor.

Maintain hospital communications via email, interpersonal and PIMs software.

High school diploma required

2+ years of experience in customer service required: prior veterinary experience desired but not required.

Strong technical and computer skills.
