Head of Project Management

Position Title: Project Manager

A prestigious general contractor with over 50 years of history in Columbus, Ohio, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in commercial construction. This role is critical to managing and delivering large-scale projects ranging from $20 million to $80 million, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven ability to handle complex projects, and proficiency in Procore.

Oversee all aspects of commercial construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.

Lead project teams, including subcontractors and consultants, to ensure project objectives are met.

Manage project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reports using Procore.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements.

Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to maintain progress and profitability.

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management, with a track record of successfully managing projects valued between $20 million and $80 million.
• Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite.
