These positions will begin at the start of the 2026-2027 school year.
Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluation of students with motor or sensory needs.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient goals.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' daily living skills and overall functionality.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, progress, and strategies for continued improvement.
Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes.
Provide training and support for adaptive equipment and assistive devices to enhance patient independence.
Stay current with best practices, advancements in physical therapy, and relevant regulations and standards.
Participate in professional development and continuing education opportunities.
Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Requirements
Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
Valid state licensure as an Physical Therapist.
Strong understanding of physical therapy principles, techniques, and interventions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, families, and team members.
Ability to assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment strategies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate documentation and record-keeping.
Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a commitment to improving patient outcomes.
Basic life support (BLS) certification is a plus.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying informed about industry trends.

Hours:
Elementary: 8:35 AM- 4:05 PM
Secondary: 7:20 AM - 2:50 PM
