HR Rep / Employee Relations

Human Resources ManagerRequirement/Must Have:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Strong working knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.Responsibilities:Partner with leaders to provide strategic and tactical HR guidance on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.Serve as a trusted advisor to management, communicating HR perspectives, recommendations, and implications in a clear, concise, and professional manner.Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and resolution, ensuring alignment with company policy and employment laws.Translate HR policies, programs, and initiatives into practical guidance for leaders and employees.Support talent management processes including onboarding, performance cycles, development planning, and employee engagement initiatives.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations and internal policies.Collaborate with HR colleagues and cross-functional partners to support continuous improvement of HR programs and processes.Analyze HR data and trends to inform decision-making and proactively address workforce needs.Nice to Have:Experience supporting operational, field-based, or technical employee populations.HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent).Experience working in a multi-site or matrixed organization.
