Facilities Maintenance Handyman (Manufacturing)

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a growing manufacturing company in the Fuquay Varina area who is hiring a Facilities Technician to join their team. This is contract-hire opportunity working 1st shift Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities

Replace interior and exterior light bulbs and fixtures

Repair and replace faucets and basic plumbing components

Scrub and maintain floors and common areas

Perform general building and facilities maintenance tasks

Complete routine inspections of the facility and report issues

Handle minor repairs and upkeep projects as assigned

Support overall plant cleanliness and safety standards

Assist with preventative maintenance tasks

Requirements

Prior facilities, building, or general maintenance experience preferred

Comfortable performing hands-on repair and upkeep tasks

Basic knowledge of plumbing and general mechanical repairs

Ability to use basic hand and power tools

Able to work independently and manage task lists

Good attention to detail and safety awareness

Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods
