DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL (Full-Time & Part-Time Shifts)

Homewatch CareGivers is a locally owned provider of home and community-based services supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and seniors throughout Central and Southern Ohio. As a Direct Support Professional at Homewatch CareGivers, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and seniors. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with healthcare professionals and family members to implement personalized care plans that promote dignity and independence. Whether you work full-time or part-time, you’ll have the flexibility to support our clients in their daily activities on-site.

Provide daily assistance with personal care, household tasks, and activities of daily living.

Support clients in community involvement, enhancing their social skills and personal development.

Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care and support.

Dependability and a commitment to providing high-quality care.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.

Bonus If You

Have certifications in CPR and First Aid.

Are fluent in additional languages other than English.

Have experience with specific populations, such as seniors or individuals with disabilities.

This position is available both Full-Time and Part-Time, with flexible scheduling across all days of the week.

This position is on-site only, based in Ironton, Ohio.
