Compensation: $290,000-$355,000 per year.

This is a strategic expansion of Crowell's healthcare litigation practice across multiple offices. Although the title states healthcare litigation, the firm prefers healthcare experience but is open to strong commercial litigators who are interested in developing expertise in this area.

Matters

Healthcare litigation, including class actions, commercial disputes, arbitrations, and regulatory‑related litigation.

Ideal Candidate

4-7 years litigation experience.

Experience with motion practice, discovery management, and legal research.

Strong writing skills.

Healthcare experience preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits
Hybrid schedule: three days per week in office.

Billable‑focused compensation system: attorneys may choose a preferred billable target. Options include a 2,000 hour track with starting compensation generally around $215,000+ and a 1,900 hour track with starting compensation generally around $195,000+.

Bonuses: additional bonus opportunities available; bonus structure is discretionary and performance‑related.
