Part-Time Bartender (Flexible Hours)

About the Role Grille 44 is seeking an experienced Bartender to join their team in Bear Lake, Michigan. This full-time position is ideal for a hospitality professional who enjoys creating great guest experiences, crafting quality beverages, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for managing all aspects of bar operations, from preparing drinks and serving guests to maintaining inventory, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service standards.
What You’ll Do
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service
Set up and break down the bar before and after service
Monitor inventory levels and assist with minimizing waste
Process cash and credit card transactions accurately
Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with alcohol service laws
What We’re Looking For
Bartending or bar service experience preferred
Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and beverage service
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong cash-handling and POS system skills
Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
