Head of Business to Business Operations

Operations Supervisor Location: Canby, OR | Salary: $85,000-$92,000 + 10% Annual Cash Bonus

As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead daily field operations and support the success of our hauling division. Supervise and assign work crews for solid waste collection.
Conduct field audits and ensure safety and compliance standards are met.
Handle customer concerns and ensure service excellence.
Lead performance reviews and support employee development.
Develop short- and long-term operational goals.
Oversee compliance with environmental, OSHA, and local regulations.
Must be willing to occasionally commute to our sister site in Clackamas, OR.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
Prior experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics.
Willingness and ability to relocate for future opportunities.
Ability to obtain a Class B CDL within 90 days.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and business systems.
