Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in bankruptcy law, including representation of debtors, creditors, trustees, and committees in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 cases.

D. from an accredited law school; MBA or LL.Strong understanding of the Bankruptcy Code and related federal and state laws.

Experience with corporate workouts, financial reorganizations, and insolvency litigation.
