Dining Room Hospitality Host

At Chick‑fil‑A Hicksville, the team member role is more than just a job, it’s an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator, team members gain life experience that goes far beyond serving a great product in a friendly environment. Team members are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day. We want to ensure all guests receive signature Chick‑fil‑A service and food.

The responsibility of our front counter staff is to provide the highest level of hospitality, continually going above and beyond to ensure guests have a remarkable experience.

Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, stay connected

Provide Second Mile Service, going above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service

Provide genuine hospitality and a welcoming environment for guests

Maintain cleanliness in dining room (tables, chairs, floors, windows, etc.)

Keep all condiment stations stocked and clean

Ensure dining trays are clean and available to Front Counter throughout the shift

Remove trash from dining room

Support Front Counter operations when necessary (stocking, running, cleaning, etc.)

Maintain strict adherence to Food Safety procedures

Closed Sundays

All Chick‑fil‑A restaurants are closed on Sundays so you can have a day off to spend with family and friends.

College Scholarships

Team Members will have the opportunity to apply for Chick‑fil‑A's Remarkable Futures Scholarships. Scholarships can be used at any accredited two- or four-year college, university or technical/vocational school.

No Experience Is Necessary
