Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) $70 K-85K/yr

Starting Salary range: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate mental health conditions, diagnose, create, and implement treatment plans.
Provide excellent care for clients and collaborate with the team.
Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve goals.
Prepare and submit individual documentation per company guidelines.
Maintain at least 32 available hours for patient care per week for Full-Time status.
Coordinate services with other care providers and attend clinical staff meetings.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field.
Full, current, unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).
Experience with electronic health records and effective communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively, maintain boundaries, and pass a background check.
Additional Valuable Qualifications:
Experience in mental health practice or community settings.
Insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas.
