Respond promptly and appropriately to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Use excellent customer service and communication skills to deescalate tense or potentially violent situations.
Accurately document and report incidents, activities, and observations using company-approved forms and protocols.
Inspect the premises for security risks, hazards, or violations and report findings to the appropriate personnel.
Comply with all state regulations, including maintaining current armed security license in Georgia.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, corrections, Military (with a clear stipulation that your service have been as military police MOS) or a related field is preferred.
3 years' experience as an unarmed security or previous experience as an armed security officer.
Availability to work flexible hours, including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
A commitment to training and professional development.
