Job Description
Automotive Sales Associate
Summary
Join our team as an Automotive Sales Associate and help customers find the right vehicle to fit their lifestyle and budget. In this customer-focused role, you will deliver an exceptional buying experience by building relationships, demonstrating product knowledge, and guiding customers through every step of the sales process. If you are motivated, personable, and passionate about automobiles, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers with a professional and friendly approach to understand their needs and preferences.
Recommend vehicles based on customer lifestyle, budget, and driving needs.
Conduct engaging test drives to highlight vehicle features, technology, and performance.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of vehicle models, pricing, financing options, and current promotions.
Guide customers through the complete sales process, including trade-ins, financing, and paperwork.
Negotiate sales agreements with transparency and a customer-first mindset.
Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up communication and excellent service.
Collaborate with sales, finance, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Attend training sessions and sales meetings to stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals using effective sales and relationship-building techniques.

What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-service mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Passion for automotive sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences
Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Qualifications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for automobiles and a genuine interest in helping customers.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate ability to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver license.

Nice-to-Have Experience
Previous experience in automotive sales.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Additional Information
Compensation (draw plus commission)
Commission-based plan with potential to earn $60,000 - $100,000+ a year (If meeting and exceeding sales goals)
