Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Intermediate Care jobs in Rockford, IL let you deliver specialized care to patients needing close monitoring and support in a dynamic hospital environment. You will assess and monitor patient conditions, collaborate with physicians and the clinical care team, and document care accurately during fast-moving patient situations.
You must have a current Illinois RN license and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. At least 2 years of recent Intermediate Care experience is required. Experience with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and strong communication skills are important for this role.
Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Progressive Care jobs in Rockford, IL let you provide advanced care for patients transitioning from intensive care in a supportive, team-oriented setting. You will manage complex cases, coordinate care, and educate patients and families about treatment plans.
