Overview
We pay based on experience. Join Homes for Independent Living, part of MyPath, and help clients achieve their potential through individualized care plans.
Responsibilities
Interact with clients, assisting with day-to-day tasks
Engage in recreational activities with clients
Monitor health and administer medication
Prepare meals following dietary guidelines
Perform light housekeeping duties
Assist with personal care needs

Qualifications
Minimum age 18 years
Reliable transportation for programs and training
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Successful completion of background check, TB test, and health screening
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record (some positions)
