80,000 - $100,000 + uncapped performance bonus + student loan assistance until paid off.
Visit structure : 1:1 patient care, always

Structured onboarding with a Clinic Director + Peer Mentor
In-house Orthopedic Residency, Dry Needling (Level I and II), and COMT pathways
Specialty SIGs (Pelvic Health, Sports, Neuro, Vestibular, Pediatrics, and more)

Practicing as a clinician - not a productivity unit
Degree in Physical Therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
Active PT license (or eligibility to obtain one)
