Population Served: 18 months-12 years (average age is 5 years)
Year Opened: 2020

What You’ll Actually Be Doing (aka no surprises later):
Providing clinical consultation and overseeing treatment programming for our staff and clients
Collaborating with parents or other caregivers to ensure client progress is sustained long-term
Developing and leading other team members
Learning about and implementing innovative ABA methods, such as Relational Frame Theory / RFT
May attend trainings or GABA or other conference

Caseload & Support Transparency (because details matter):
Caseload size: 8-10
Billable hour expectations: 20-27

Compensation & Perks (real ones):

• Base salary: $90-95K
• Bonus structure: $4K-7K annually
• 401k w/ Company Match
• PTO: 10 days (increases annually)

• Paid Holidays: 8 days
• CEU support: $1,000 stipend + 3 days off for CEU travel

~ Supervision/mentorship provided:

• 6-8 weeks of onboarding and training, including Peak Level 1 certification
• Mentorship and Leadership Coaching from well-known leaders in the ABA field
• Schedule flexibility / remote options: 2 remote days per month (24 days per year)
• Relocation Reimbursement Assistance
