Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors, sinks, and work surfaces.
Sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated areas for use by kitchen and service staff.
Dispose of trash and recyclables properly and assist with general kitchen cleaning duties as assigned.
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when necessary.
Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly.
