Corporate Governance & Compliance Paralegal

Our client is seeking a Corporate Paralegal to join its growing legal team. This role will support a broad range of legal matters across the business, including commercial contracts, corporate governance, compliance, and general legal operations. The ideal candidate will be a versatile paralegal who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and partnering with stakeholders across multiple functions.

Review, draft, revise, and manage a variety of commercial agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, service agreements, and other routine contracts.

Maintain contract records and assist with contract lifecycle management.

Support attorneys with legal review, document preparation, and special projects.

Coordinate signature processes and maintain legal documentation and records.

Assist with corporate governance matters, including board materials, corporate records, and entity management.

Support compliance initiatives, corporate filings, and legal department reporting.

Assist with due diligence exercises and document collection for transactions and other strategic initiatives.

Manage legal department databases, document retention, and filing systems.

Serve as a point of contact for routine legal requests from internal business partners.

3+ years of paralegal or legal operations experience.

Experience supporting commercial contracts and general corporate legal matters.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and contract management platforms.

Experience in an in‑house legal department.

Exposure to manufacturing, industrial, energy, mining, technology, or other operationally complex industries.

Familiarity with corporate governance, entity management, or compliance matters.

Broad legal exposure beyond a specialized paralegal role.
