Head of Procurement & Supply Chain Management (m/f/d)

We are hiring a Procurement Manager to own the procurement of materials, components, and services that keep our production moving. You will manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing and terms, drive cost savings, and make sure the right parts are available at the right time. Source (RFQs/RFPs), evaluate, and select suppliers for materials, components, and services across assigned categories. Perform cost analysis and comparison to ensure best value across all purchases of goods and services.

Issue and manage purchase orders from creation through delivery and invoice resolution.

Host and conduct supplier status calls for make-to-spec procurements.

Partner with engineering, operations, and finance to understand material needs and align procurement strategy.

Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities across your spend categories.

Manage supplier contracts and ensure compliance with agreed terms and monitor supplier performance.

Manage master data elements for suppliers and parts.

Help identify and implement process improvements for purchasing efficiency.

Purchasing or supply chain experience, ideally in aerospace or manufacturing.

Comfortable working in different purchasing systems and spreadsheets.

Thrives in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift daily.

You treat supplier relationships as strategic assets, not just transactional contacts.
