MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team working in Silverdale, WA . Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues
Monitor system performance and report on risks/issues
Research and recommend new approaches to improve the networked computer system
Provide technical support as needed
Document processes and procedures for customers to follow
Ensure compliance with Risk Management Framework standards
Travel up to 25%
Bachelor of Science degree in technical field

• 5+ years of System Administration or Engineering experience, including server-side technology and networked computing systems
• Microsoft MCSE, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Server+, and/or CompTIA Network+
• Must have prior experience with SQL and database operations

AWS certification
Experience with AWS cloud migration
Skills collecting, organizing, and analyzing data
Citizenship required and a current or active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $107,900.00-$179,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
