Our client is a leading enterprise organization focused on building modern, scalable technology platforms that support mission-critical business operations. The Engineering team is focused on developing high-performance applications using modern full-stack technologies and cloud-enabled architecture. The organization is seeking a Full Stack Engineer to contribute to the design and development of enterprise systems used across the business.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our client's growing Technology team in a contract-to-hire capacity. The Full Stack Engineer will be responsible for building and enhancing modern full-stack applications using Angular on the front end and Java 21+ with Spring Boot on the backend. This role will involve designing scalable services, integrating APIs, and working with modern data platforms to support enterprise applications. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong experience developing distributed systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering reliable production-ready software.
Responsibilities of the Full Stack Engineer:
Design, develop, and maintain modern full-stack applications.
Build and enhance responsive front-end applications using Angular.
Develop backend services and microservices using Java 21+ and Spring Boot.
Work with enterprise data platforms, including MongoDB, Snowflake, Oracle, and Camunda.
Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
Support application deployment, stability and ongoing improvements.
Required Experience/Skills for the Full Stack Engineer:
3 - 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven experience working as a Full Stack Engineer or similar full-stack development role.
Strong front-end development experience with Angular.
Backend development experience using Java 21+.
Experience developing applications using Spring Boot.
Experience working with enterprise databases such as MongoDB, Snowflake, Oracle, or Camunda.
Strong understanding of modern application architecture and software development best practices.
Preferred Experience/Skills for the Full Stack Engineer:
Experience designing and building RESTful APIs.
Messaging platform experience, particularly Kafka or IBM MQ.
Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Experience supporting high-volume or enterprise-scale applications.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is required.
Competitive contract rate with potential for full-time conversion.
Opportunity to transition into a full-time role after the contract period.
