Overview

We’re growing and looking for an energetic, customer‑focused Service Advisor to join our Marshfield team. If you love solving problems, building relationships, and keeping heavy‑duty trucks rolling, this is your opportunity! Service Advisors fulfill a critical role in our operations by building strong customer relationships, consulting with customers about their service needs, and working with technicians to determine and resolve issues. We’re seeking a dedicated individual who understands the truck service industry and is committed to quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

Assist customers at the service counter and by phone, using our Elite Support processes and standards.

Handle all transaction aspects from appointment scheduling to invoicing and collection.

Support fellow service office employees with schedule and workload management.

Manage technician time and monitor repair progress for maximum efficiency.

Collaborate with the parts department to gather information and complete repair estimates before updating customers for approval.

Coordinate with outside vendors for sublet work needed on customer units.

Assist with warranty claims at the branch level and work with the warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors.

Qualifications

Basic computer skills and knowledge.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication and time‑management skills.

Strong problem‑solving ability with the ability to think outside the box.

3 years of truck or automotive service writing experience.

Positive attitude.

Solid written and verbal communication skills, including excellent customer service and phone skills.

Organized and able to manage time wisely.

The desire to succeed in a day‑to‑day challenging position.
