The Program Manager II is responsible for managing the successful technical transfer of client projects and products to Curia. The individual must be able to effectively manage, lead, assign work, and problem‑solve both technically and managerially in a dynamic manufacturing setting. This individual has strong personal leadership skills to influence those that do not directly report to them. The individual functions as a combination customer advocate and site liaison between all functional departments.

Clearly communicate performance expectations and objectives to others to ensure understanding and buy‑in. Serve as an expert within a specific technical area; Develop positive internal and external customer relationships by consistently and efficiently delivering value. Uncover customers’ hidden needs or issues by asking insightful questions and developing rapport.

Develop detailed project plans for discipline/department; Guide others in time management to accurately predict the time required to complete tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.

Develop solutions to overcome risks within a project to ensure project success; Perform analysis and design on projects to determine benefits to Curia.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or Science related field

Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in program management or related field

PMP certification
