Buyer - Full time - Supply Chain Purchasing

As a member of the Mountain Home Fulfillment team, you will play a critical role in our day-to-day operations and will be responsible for reviewing and processing customer requisition data. The ideal candidate will work independently within established guidelines, apply a variety of complex computer systems in performing their responsibilities, and have an interest in working on special projects as needed

Process and expedite requisitions and place Purchase Orders to obtain material, supplies and services.

Monitor inventory levels of specific production supplies and replenish as necessary

Resolve receipt and invoice discrepancies, such as duplicate shipments, incorrect quantity, and pricing to support Accounts Payable

Resolve and initiate returns of product by communicating with supplier and processing/monitoring all related paperwork in support of manufacturing.

Responsible for system maintenance including expediting reports, delivery dates, closing purchase orders and blanket order renewals.

Support supplier quality life cycle management process as required Performs independently on project work assigned by Supervisor using computer, communications, and network skills in assigned timeframe.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
