Head of Operations & Business Management

The Retail Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational excellence of the Diesel store at Sawgrass Outlet, ensuring a seamless, on-brand customer experience while driving inventory accuracy, compliance, and productivity. This hands-on leader partners with the Store Manager to execute standards, manage controllable expenses, and develop a high-performing store team.

Oversee daily operational functions including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and store readiness.

Ensure execution of operational standards, visual merchandising, signage, and brand presentation.

Manage scheduling, floor coverage, and serve as Manager on Duty to support the business.

Oversee receiving, processing, cycle counts, inventory audits, and reconciliation processes.

Monitor KPIs (units per transaction, shrink, payroll) and implement action plans to drive results.

Recruit, onboard, train, coach, and conduct performance management for store associates.

Coordinate floor sets, promotional updates, seasonal changeovers, and maintenance requests.

3-5 years of retail management experience with a focus on operations; Strong knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, and retail management systems.

Familiarity with loss prevention practices, inventory audit processes, and safety compliance.
