As a Main Kitchen Cook, you will showcase your culinary skills and creativity while playing a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience with your delicious creations and welcoming service. With a focus on quality and attention to detail, you'll help craft memorable dining experiences that guests will cherish long after their stay. THE STARTING RATE: $22.05 per hour THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Maintain knowledge of food products and skillfully apply culinary techniques.

Identify and safely use kitchen equipment.

Restock kitchen supplies and food items required for service.

Properly label and date products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.

Assist kitchen leadership and staff in executing service.

Prepare base sauces, stocks, and soups.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.
