Prime Staffing is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Alton, Illinois.

We are hiring an experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract assignment. This position is ideal for candidates with strong critical care experience who are comfortable working in a fast-paced ICU environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care to critically ill adult and geriatric patients
Monitor and manage ventilated patients and cardiac drips
Perform IV therapy, central line care, PICC line management, and medication administration
Respond to emergency situations and monitor patient conditions closely
Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Float to step-down or Med/Surg units if required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of ICU RN experience
Active BLS and ACLS certifications
Experience with ventilators, telemetry, IV starts, and critical care procedures
Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Cerner charting experience preferred
