Dietary Aide - Full-Time****Bakersfield Post Acute** Skilled Nursing Facility **Part-Time | Flexible Schedule** **Pay range $17.08-$17.18**### **Position Summary**Bakersfield Post Acute is seeking a dependable and team-oriented **Full-****Time Dietary Aide** to support our dietary services department. This role plays a key part in ensuring residents receive nutritious meals in a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while maintaining all sanitation and food safety standards.### **Essential Duties & Responsibilities*** Assist in the preparation and serving of meals according to planned menus and resident dietary needs* Deliver meal trays and beverages to residents in a timely and courteous manner* Set up and break down dining areas before and after meals* Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment according to sanitation guidelines* Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, dining, and food service areas* Follow all infection control, food safety, and facility policies* Assist with storing food supplies and rotating stock as needed* Provide respectful and compassionate service to residents, visitors, and staff### **Qualifications*** High school diploma or GED preferred* Prior dietary or food service experience preferred, but not required* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions* Ability to work cooperatively as part of a team* Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing, lifting, and bending### **Physical Requirements*** Ability to stand for extended periods* Ability to lift and carry food trays and kitchen items* Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks### **Why Join Bakersfield Post Acute?*** Supportive team environment* Flexible part-time scheduling* Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in residents’ daily lives* On-the-job training provided### **Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement**Bakersfield Post Acute is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
