Overview Sales Associate StretchLab Beverly, MA
Hourly Pay: $16.25 + Uncapped Commission
Schedule: 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday (some Saturdays optional). Must be available for at least 2 of these core shifts.
Our one-on-one assisted stretching sessions help people move, feel, and live better whether they’re elite athletes, desk-bound professionals, or active older adults. We’re looking for fitness-minded sales professionals who thrive in fast-paced, people-first environments.

What You’ll Do As a Sales Associate, you are the first and lasting impression of the studio. From the first phone call to the first stretch, you’ll create an experience that converts curiosity into commitment.
Promote and upsell retail and recovery-enhancing services
Client Experience & Studio Operations Greet each client with warmth, energy, and professionalism
Manage check-ins, scheduling, phone calls, and service recovery seamlessly
Partner with Flexologists and managers to ensure studio operations run smoothly
Use ClubReady or similar CRM software to manage leads and follow-ups
Represent StretchLab at local events, wellness fairs, and open houses
Act as a brand ambassador in the community—every conversation is an opportunity
Who You Are Sales experience in a fitness, wellness, or service-based setting (gym, medspa, chiropractic, etc.)
Organized, goal-oriented, and tech-savvy with CRM systems
Emotionally intelligent and authentic in building connections
Able to work at least 2 of the core weekday morning shifts, and open to occasional Saturdays
