Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide orthopaedic rehabilitation for a wide range of conditions.
Deliver post-operative rehabilitation for the shoulder, hand, hip, knee, ankle, and spine.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support optimal recovery.
Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.

Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Active Connecticut Physical Therapist license.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient-care skills.
Passion for orthopaedic rehabilitation and helping patients achieve their functional goals.
