Job Description: The Estimator will play a key role in the preconstruction process, working closely with business development and operations teams to develop accurate and competitive project budgets. This individual will analyze drawings and specifications, prepare detailed cost projections, and contribute to successful bid submissions across a range of commercial construction projects.

Develop conceptual and detailed cost estimates based on drawings, specifications, and project scope.

Perform quantity take-offs and pricing analysis using estimating software and internal tools.

Collaborate with architects, owners, and internal project teams to refine budgets throughout the design lifecycle.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM platforms.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost structures.

Experience with estimating tools such as OnScreen Takeoff or similar software preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly present financial information.

Standard Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
