In this pivotal role, you will deliver compassionate, high-quality perioperative care, collaborate with a dedicated interdisciplinary team, and contribute to positive patient outcomes. Valid RN license in the state of practice
Experience working in surgical or perioperative settings, with familiarity in assessing patient needs and delivering evidence-based care
Certification in a clinical specialty area (e.g., CNOR, Perioperative Nursing Certification)
Proficiency with electronic medical records and other healthcare technology tools
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Previous experience in OR or surgical nursing, ideally in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Ability to work the Day Shift (8 hours)
Physical capacity to perform heavy work, including lifting and moving objects or providing patient assistance, with reasonable accommodations as needed
Commitment to maintaining compliance with all federal, state, and local healthcare regulations and standards
