As an Associate Packer, you will be responsible for packing products in a timely manner consistent with the department's safety, quality, and production goals. This position works 2nd Shift: Monday through Thursday 3:00pm – 1:30am with overtime as needed.
Ensure that the packing schedule is followed to satisfy the needs of our customers. Ensure the quality of product meets Company and industry standards. (Ensure that all quality issues are directly reported to the department lead. (Ensure that the immediate work area remains clean to avoid any safety related issues. (High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
Effectively communicate between shifts to ensure departmental goals are achieved.

19.00 - $22.88 / hour plus $1.00 per hour shift differential

This role operates large equipment while standing for approximately 8-12 hours, regularly twisting, and bending in a repetitive motion. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials and objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and heavier weights with proper equipment.
The job may risk exposure to heat and/or cold, loud noise levels, vibration, and moving mechanical parts.
