Full Time

Provide customer service to clients, employees, patients, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.

Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established site protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership, documenting observations, incidents, and policy violations in required reports.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
