This is a 13-week contract assignment. Work Schedule: Day Shift (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
Provide direct patient care under the direction of an RN.
Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, feeding, and personal care.
Assist with nutrition, hydration, elimination, positioning, and restorative care.
Assist with patient mobility and basic care needs.
Perform assigned clerical duties and maintain accurate documentation.
Prioritize tasks and help maintain smooth unit operations.
EPIC experience REQUIRED.
Holiday RTO will not be approved.
Must be flexible to work required holidays if scheduled.
