Warehouse Associate

We are looking for a Warehouse Associate. They will be a key part of our operations team, responsible for ensuring the safe and accurate handling of HVAC equipment and materials. This role supports the flow of inventory through receiving, storage, and shipping while maintaining a strong commitment to safety, organization, and quality.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Please note all pay ranges are broadly stated, and any final offer is dependent on factors such as location, direct experience, market guidance and internal equity, among other qualifying criteria.

Pick, pack, and prepare HVAC equipment and parts for customer orders with a focus on accuracy and care.

Load and unload delivery trucks using proper lifting techniques and warehouse equipment.

Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and promote efficiency.

Properly label and document all outgoing shipments in accordance with shipping procedures.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure stock accuracy.

Follow all company safety protocols and procedures, including proper use of PPE and equipment.

Report any safety hazards, damaged goods, or incidents immediately to supervisors.

Prior warehouse experience preferred, especially in HVAC or industrial distribution.

Must be able to operate a forklift - forklift certified preferred.

Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods.

High school diploma or GED
