Dungarvin is hiring experienced Direct Support Professionals and human services professionals to join our Adult Day Program, supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they build confidence, learn new skills, and become more independent.
You will lead group activities, teach practical life skills, support community outings, provide personal care and behavioral support, and encourage individuals as they work toward meaningful goals. Monday - Friday work schedule with weekends off!

Lead hands-on group activities that support learning, confidence, and independence
Support community outings, volunteer activities, and recreational experiences
Encourage and coach individuals as they work toward personal goals
Provide personal care, including restroom, hygiene, eating, and mobility support
Provide behavioral support and use trained de-escalation techniques when needed
Follow individualized service and behavior support plans
Drive company vehicles for outings and community activities
We're looking for candidates who already have some hands-on experience supporting adults with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Relevant experience may include work as a DSP, Behavior Technician/RBT, paraprofessional, respite provider, job coach, community support professional, or similar human services role.
At least 6 months of experience supporting adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
Must be 18 years or older
High school diploma or GED
Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company van
Experience with direct support, personal care, behavioral support, or skill development
Basic computer skills and ability to learn electronic documentation systems
Experience in an adult day program, group home, behavioral program, or community-based setting is a plus.
