HHA/PCA | Home Care | Part Time

We are looking for a caregiver to work with a female client in Watertown. The shifts are Wednesday and Friday 9am-9pm and Saturday 9am-1pm. This client has mild dementia and needs help with all personal care, ostomy bag, transfers, and light housekeeping
We are seeking experienced caregivers (PCA, HHA, CNA) who are reliable, have a heart for service, and a passion to care for the older adults to join our team. If you are looking for an opportunity to design a flexible schedule, we have several current openings with clients. The hours vary from 4-12 hour shifts on all days of the week and our caregivers can design either a part time or full time schedule.
You have the ultimate responsibility to help implement care plans that nurture older adults in mind and body. You will provide personalized care to clients assisting in scheduled activities as well as overall care management. Deliver exceptional care to dedicated client in their home
Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
Supply personal companionship, remain actively engaged with each client by providing ongoing social & emotional support
Assist with personal care activities to include personal hygiene, mobility assistance, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
Administrative functions such as documentation of completion of tasks and report changes in the client's condition
