($3,000 Sign On Bonus)!!! Pay scale of ($32 - $35 / per hour for LPN's) and ($48 - $50 per hour for RN's) depending on training, education and experience. This position is eligible to participate in up to 4% of the company bonus pool. We offer benefits including medical, PTO, up to 5% 401K match, and tuition reimbursement. Perform physical examination and establish medical history to determine donor suitability
Build rapport with donors to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Provide donor education regarding general health and provide counseling regarding unacceptable test results
Assist in employee training
Educated and currently certified/licensed in the state of employment and according to state requirements as either an Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocation Nurse and Current CPR certification required.
Exposure to electrical office and laboratory equipment.
-Personal protective equipment required such as protective eyewear, garments, gloves and cold-gear.
