The compensation range listed above represents the good-faith range Cary Medical Center anticipates relying upon when making an offer for this position. Starting pay is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions.

Join our award-winning Radiology team! We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Sonographer to perform high-quality Ultrasound procedures for both inpatients and outpatients. You'll focus on delivering exceptional imaging results while ensuring outstanding customer service and patient safety.

Confidently explains ultrasound procedures to patients
Accurately and consistently completes required ultrasound paperwork
Assists the Front Office staff in insuring orders for ultrasound procedures are appropriate
Performs daily, monthly, quarterly quality control as appropriate
Communicates examination outcomes to Radiologists appropriately or to Cardiologists on the appropriate cases
Oversight of inventory (medical supplies and other supplies)
Participates in quality management oversight and data acquisition
Bring issues and potential solutions to the attention of the Radiology Manager
Complies with local, state and federal laws and regulations.
Completed education in Ultrasonography, or Registered Ultrasonographer ( or willing to become registered within one (1) year of employment)
