Head of Programme Management

Bowhead seeks a Program Manager for an upcoming Navy proposal effort PAE Maritime GEM in Washington, D.Ensures that all required resources such as engineering, manpower, production, computer time, facilities and the like are available for the program.

Plans, directs and monitors program budget and serves as primary customer contact for program information.

May be responsible for business development within current customer base and/or for new customers.

May be responsible for programs of a lesser dollar value if they are more complex or developmental in nature.

A Bachelor of Science (BS) degree from an accredited college or university in an engineering scientific, business, or technical discipline.

PMP certification required.

Fifteen (15) years professional experience in program/project management in DOD acquisition; or Fifteen (15) years professional experience in program/project management in Navy acquisition

Experience with DoD/DoN procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process); Must be able to multi-task, manage priorities and work independently with little direction.

Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for this contract.
