Registered Nurse MS/Tele Float
Join our team as a Registered Nurse in the MS/Tele Float role, where you'll provide critical care in a dynamic environment.
What You'll Be Doing
Float between telemetry and medical-surgical units
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
Administer medications and manage cardiac drips
Provide care for orthopedic surgical patients
Utilize Epic for patient documentation
Collaborate with Rapid Response Teams as needed
Ensure compliance with ACLS and BLS protocols
What We Need To See
Active RN license in California
Current ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications
Minimum 2 years of Telemetry experience
Experience with dysrhythmia management
Ability to read cardiac strips
Experience in a telemetry setting
Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd
