Dosimetrist Radiology / Cardiology

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialities in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily tasks include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Provide skilled nursing care to patients in various specialties including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room.

Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Manage case coordination and provide hospice care for patients with serious illnesses.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.

Active Registered Nurse license in the state of employment.

Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.

Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care settings.

Proficient in clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning.

Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for fieldwork.

ARRT certification (implied by Radiology/Cardiology role).

Experience in Radiology or Cardiology departments.

Familiarity with Epic charting system.

Ability to float between units as needed.

Floating between units may be required.

Block scheduling accommodations available at manager discretion.

RTO (Return to Office) policies must be included at time of submission.

Facility allows one call-off per two-week pay period.

Work environment includes acute care hospital with 150 staffed beds.

Schedules and shifts determined by management with flexibility for block scheduling.

Shift types may vary depending on unit assignment and patient care needs.
