Job Details
Perform security duties including conducting patrols of the property to ensure safety and detect any suspicious or unsafe activity.
Respond promptly to medical emergencies and administer appropriate first aid and basic life support until additional medical help arrives.
Write detailed and accurate reports of medical incidents, security incidents, and daily activity logs.
Provide courteous assistance and directions to guests, maintaining a visible and approachable presence.
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum two years of experience in a relevant field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Certification as an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) in the state of Michigan.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective in high-stress situations.
This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Michigan Gaming Control Board, in accordance with state regulations.
