Attorney Healthcare Law - Mentor, OH Attorney Lawyer Insurance Company Litigation Policy Development Transaction _. Apply legal expertise in healthcare law, including FDA regulatory proficiency and commercial contract experience to advise Claims, Policy Development, Risk Management and other departments of major insurance company. • Serve as legal counsel, advising on structuring and negotiating agreements, dispute resolution, and legal strategy impacting business decisions. • Advise clients to promote compliance with industry standards of conduct and ethics, including fraud and abuse, anti-bribery, ant-kickback, and Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). • Provide advice to clients on legal risks of key business decisions that support strategic initiatives. • Negotiate and draft complex commercial contracts and other commercial agreements. • Manage prosecution and defense of legal claims (Insurance Defense), including managing the process and working with clients to ensure efficient and effective outcomes.
