Monitors walkie-talkie, door security system and fire panel as needed. Monitors resident sign-in and sign-out log and the visitor registration log and completes administrative support functions such as filing and making copies.### Responsibilities* Transfers calls or takes messages as appropriate in a courteous, friendly, and helpful manner.* Completes and logs service request forms for residents and staff.* Monitors and greets visitors to the community in a welcoming and professional manner.* Maintains a clean, neat, and organized front desk and lobby area at all times.* Sells meal tickets and accurately accounts for payments through payroll deduction or personal check.* Ensures the security of the building by monitoring resident sign-in and sign-out logs and visitor registration logs.* Periodically checks building entrances and exits to help ensure the community remains secure.* Attends required in-services and staff meetings.* Assists with coordinating the community van schedule for residents.* Follows confidentiality policies regarding the release of resident information.* Provides supportive office functions for all departments, including filing, typing, copying, and other administrative tasks.* Performs all other duties as assigned.### Requirements* Must possess a high school diploma or GED.* Must be considerate, neat, well-groomed
