Material Handler (Non-CDL Delivery Driver)

Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our Omaha team. In this role, you will be responsible for order fulfillment, preparing shipments, loading trucks, and supporting deliveries as a non-CDL driver. This is a hands-on position that plays a critical role in our daily operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pull and prepare customer orders for daily deliveries
Stage and organize orders based on truck routes
Verify pallet accuracy and ensure shipment quality
Safely load trucks for local and special deliveries
Operate warehouse equipment, including sit-down forklifts
Perform non-CDL delivery driving as needed
Assist drivers and customers with loading materials
Identify and report damaged products
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and policies
Required Skills & Experience

• 2+ years of material handling experience (picking, packing, loading, unloading)
• 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience
• Experience operating a sit-down forklift and order picking equipment
• 1+ year of delivery driving experience
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Experience in a fast-paced warehouse or distribution environment
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
CDL Medical Card (or ability to obtain)
Physical Requirements

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly
Ability to stand, walk, and work on feet for extended periods
Willingness to work overtime as needed

This is a Permanent position based out of La Vista, NE.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $45760.00/yr.
