OB/GYN Triage Nurse

Triage Nurse (RN)Women's Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women's healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100+ locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country, Women's Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics, gynecology, gynecologic oncology, urogynecology, gynecologic pathology, breast surgery, genetic counseling, maternal fetal medicine, laboratory services, and fertility.The OBGYN Triage Nurse (RN) provides professional clinical care for patients following established standards and practices. They provide extensive OBGYN triage via telephone.Performs extensive triage of OBGYN patients via phone and calls patients with test results.Prepares patients for examination and assists physician during treatment/procedures, examinations and testing of patients.Records patients' medical history, health maintenance, and chief complaint.Measures, records and documents vital signs.Where applicable, performs phlebotomy, injections and other specimen collection per established policies and procedures as directed by the provider.complying with legal regulations.Sterilizes medical instruments per established standards and procedures.Represents the office in a professional manner.
